Conformed copy
A conformed copy may be issued at the Social Affairs or the Population department during office hours.
It is necessary to bring the original document along with the photocopy.
The intended use of the certified conformed copy must be indicated.
- If the copy will be used in Belgium, the document will be issued to you immediately.
- If the copy will be used abroad, the law requires it to be signed by the competent Alderman.
