Divorce transcription

LThe department only transcribes judicial decisions in the vital statistics registries for persons who were married in Herstal.

The transcription procedure does not require your presence in person.

Once the appeal time • following the decision • has passed, a copy of the decision is automatically sent to the municipalities, who will transcribe it.

Copies can only be issued to interested parties who bring their identification card.
