Roles and Responsibilities:

• Management of administrative and political contacts connected with the Mayor’s duties.
• Meetings with Citizens.
• Formal relations with the Municipal College and Council as well as with the police precinct.
• Handling and drafting of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Follow-up on the implementation of interdepartmental strategies carried out by the Mayor and of large projects of which he is also in charge.

• Legalizations of signatures for use abroad • citizens and societies.
• Establishment of certificates of honorability (for minors only).
