- Louis Demeuse Residence.
- President’s office.
- Secretary’s office.
- Social services.
General social assistance:
- Assistance to individuals in relation to their requests and needs.
- Listening, support, companionship, advice, or guidance to the public in relation to their personal situation.
Assistance to people with disabilities:
- Introduction of requests for benefits to people with disabilities.
- Introduction of requests for certificates of benefits packages.
- Introduction of requests for parking cards.
Pension requests:
People who reach the legal pension age (65 years) are excused from introducing pension requests. The office review will be carried out automatically one year before the date of the birthday.
For other cases:
- Retirement Pension and Independent Pension.
- Subsistence Pension.
- GRAPA : Revenue guarantee to the elderly.
For specific questions, the
National Pensions Office National Pensions Office organizes office hours on the first Tuesday of every month in our offices at La Citoyenneté, rue Laixheau 12 • 4040 Herstal • from 2pm to 4pm.
