Roles and Responsibilities:
- Public reception.
- Orienting the public towards various services of the administration.
- Sorting and distribution of the administration’s internal mail.
- Management of external mail: postage, registered mail, deposits at the post office
- Preparation of the Municipal Council Room and of the Municipal College Room.
