Roles and Responsibilities:
- Management of administrative and political contacts connected with the Mayor’s duties.
- Meetings with Citizens.
- Formal relations with the Municipal College and Council as well as with the police precinct.
- Handling and drafting of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Follow-up on the implementation of interdepartmental strategies carried out by the Mayor and of large projects of which he is also in charge.

- Legalizations of signatures for use abroad • citizens and societies.
- Establishment of certificates of honorability (for minors only).
