• Organization of fundamental maternal education, ordinary primary education, and specialized primary education (types 1, 8, and 3).
• Organization of school supervision.
• Organization of vacation daycare: vacation for All Saints’ Day, Christmas Vacation, Carnaval vacation, Spring vacation
• Organization: Vacations at school.
• Registering children in various elementary education establishments.
• Relationship with the Education Council of Municipalities and Provinces.
• Relationship with secondary education establishments within the territory of the City of Herstal.
• Collaboration with the School Health Promotion Service.
• Collaboration with the Provincial PMS (Psychological – Medical – Social) Center. .
• Collaboration with the Youth Assistance Service.
• Collaboration with the Judicial Protection Service.
• Organization of cultural and athletic activities.
